There are various methods used to unlock phones using the same network. Here we will use 2 methods.
Route 1:
Preparation

3 / Similar locked the phone (If locked is Huawei Y330 then search for other Huawei Y330 unlocked) if you do not have a phone download file compatible with your phone but make sure it is not on any network.

5 / Drivers for your phone

Install the ADB program on your computer, if you have the adb.exe program to install you will find it in local C: if you have the ADB folder installed anywhere on the desktop.
Install drivers for your phone. After such steps backup stock ROM of your phone as please, if you have a second backup phone partition of the system, if you have the download-extract file (extract) look at that file if it has system.img or .bin you can also find the system folder (If you do not find the system file follow the second method). There is also a way to convert the system folder to .img this I will not talk about today. if you get System.img.ext4 delete it .ext4 remain System.img or if it is system.bin delete .bin create .img
If your file already has the system.img installed in the ADB folder. On your locked phone enable "USB debug" in developer options. Connect your phone and computer via USB, open the ADB folder. Inside that folder hold the shift button while right-clicking the mouse after the right click to release, you'll see a section labeled "Open command window here" click there.
If your folder is local C will open if it's written in C: \ adb> if it's on the desktop it will write C: \ Users \ Username \ Desktop \ adb>

In the presence of adb> type "ADB devices" press enter on the keyboard to see if your phone is in touch with your computer and check on your phone if it will ask you to accept it or reject the connection if it does allow you.
When uploaded to the ADB cmd it will show your phone's serial number in front of you and it will end with word devices. After that re-write "ADB reboot fast boot" press enter, your phone will shut down and it will start on fast boot. If it fails to go to fast boot type "ADB reboot bootloader" click enter.
When you boot the boot to the fast boot type "fast boot flash system system.img" click enter. Make sure the system.img file is inside the ADB folder. It will start counting in percentages when it completes writing. From fast boot rewrite " reboot 'press enter
The second way.
Here it is required to have two phones, one for the other network of all networks. Root all phones and then flash custom recovery of the same type all phones, for example, if you have cwm recovery phone first and second place also. Take the phone of all networks with a memory card starting from 4GB and on, reboot on custom recovery and then back up ROM. When done, remove the memory card and transfer it to a single network phone. Reboot on custom recovery, when in custom recovery format the system, finishes in format go to restore / backup and restore (depends on the recovery you use) and then restart the system, then finish factory reset and then turn on your phone
Update:
Before you do anything on your phone makes sure the boot loader of your phone is unlocked. This method also applies to infected phones with the flash system only
